History of Custom Political Pins

For the past 100 years, slogans, pictures, custom political pins and names have been used to promote candidates and causes. While custom made political pins are still
produced, printing of stick-on badges are also often used at rallies and political events.

Political pins popularity surged again in the 1960's. Custom Political Pins became a fashionable way for people (hippies included) to champion their favorite bands, artists, and
political causes. Then in the late 1970's Punk bands adopted the one-inch custom made pins. It is interesting to note that most of these buttons and promotional pins were made by a
London shop named Better Badges.
